The Branford Riverwalk Association is a 60 unit, 55 and over residential PUD located on 23 acres in Branford, CT. The development began construction approximately twelve years ago and was completed approximately two years ago.

Land Canvas is excited to announce our firm has been chosen to assist the Riverwalk community in developing designs for medians and esplanades, creating an improvement and maintenance plan for the community grounds, including trees, with a phased implementation over 2 to 3 years.
